Dear Manager,
Records indicate you are the manager of the above referenced address.
I sent you a Rental Inspection Result letter dated 12/10/2019. (Copy Attached). I have not heard from
you regarding any progress made on this unit. You are now in violation of the International Property
Maintenance Code (IPMC).
You are now ordered to complete all of the required corrections and to schedule an inspection with me
within 30 days of the date of this notice of violation. Failure to comply with this order may result in a
summons to appear in Municipal Court where fines of up to $1000.00 per day can be assessed.
Be advised that any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from the
notice and order or any action of the Building Official to the Building Review Board, provided the appeal
is made in writing as provided in this Code, and filed with the Building Official within 10 days from the
date of service of such notice and order; and that failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an
administrative hearing and determination of the matter.
Please contact me as soon as possible in order to avoid the issuance of a ticket.
