We are requ�e�ting a one-time, no -fee, 180-day extension of the non -expired permit (61904138) for demolition
work at 424 Pine Street. This is to allow completion of the permitted demolition scope of work. This permit
expires on 12/16/2019 and we anticipate having this scope of work completed by the end of January 2020.
Please call with any questions. Barring any concerns with the required final inspections, I will plan to return to
your office to close this permit by the end of next month, January 2020.
