County Road 48 Fort Collins, Colorado 80524 970-493-9394 e110S-653 Date: Oct. 26, 2019 Basement Safe Attn: Brian Stephenson 519 N. Overland Trail Fort Collins, CO 80521 V Site Address: 611 Sheldon Fort Collins, CO. P.E.#11585 The above site was personally inspected on Oct. 24, 2019. The project is installation of a basement entry. The footings had been poured and the walls were formed and ready for concrete. I verified the rebar placement and wall form construction. Everything was according to plan including the rebar dowels into the existing wall. This was previously a 30" basement window. The new opening did not disturb the sill plate and rim joist that existed and had been reinforced with a 3"x3"xl/4" aluminum frame. I am approving the existing work and the pending wall pour. All work so far appears to be in a workmanship manner. If I can be of further assistance please let me know. Sincerely. P5 G. .
