To Whom It May Concern:
I received a letter stating that my Residential Mechanical building permit, # B1801749, will expire 9/17/2018. 1 would
like have a 180-day extension of this permit effective immediately. I had a furnace installed in February and I need to
contact my furnace installer and see why the final inspection wasn't scheduled.
