We are requesting the one-time, no -fee, 180-day extension.for the following permits.
Permit#: B0803931 Permit Address: 616 Locust St Expiry Date: 01/31/2018
Permit#: B1704307 Permit Address: 616 Locust St Expiry Date: 02/12/2018
Unfortupately, due to unforeseen financial and family difficulties, we were unable to complete
the work needed in the fall. but should be able to do so in the next few months.
Despite the history of this permit, this is our first request for extension since acquiring the house
in August 2017. The previous owners had applied for the permit and not finished the work prior
to selling the property.
We are very much appreciate your consideration of our request.
