Gentlemen:
On July 25, August 9 and 28 and September 5, 2017, a representative of Weeks &
Associates observed interior pads and vestibule footings and foundation reinforcing
steel at the referenced remodel project. Observations indicate the pad sizes and steel
reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for
the project by Weeks & Associates.
