Dear Doug:
CES Consultants, LLC (CES) reviewed the following items during the construction of the
foundat ion for the proposed resi . dence located at 621 Sycamore Street, Ft. Collins, Colorado:
Jan I 81h - The placement of the foundation footing steel was reviewed and found to
be:iiistalled. per the details provided on the foundation plans prepared by
CES Consultants, dated November 8, 2106.
Jan .25' - The placement of the fqundationwall steel Was reviewed and found to be
installed per the details provided on the.fc;undition plans prepared by. CES
Consultants, dated November 8, 2106. The Concrete Encased Electrode
(CEE) was installed. in the. middle of the West foundation wall. The CEE
Was installed per the most recent National Electric Code.
Jan 30' The bituminous damp-aproofing and perimeter drain- were reviewed and
found to be installed per the details provided on_ the foundation plans
prepared by CES Consultants, dated November 8.1 2106.
Mar 13 1h: The placement of the deck pier reinforcing steel was reviewed and found, to
be installed per the details provided on the foundation plans prepared by.
CES Consultants, dated November 8, 2106.
