Per your request, personnel from our office made a site visit to the above mentioned location on
June 29, 2016. The purpose of our site visit was to review the removal of approximately 11ft of an
- -existing interior wall between the kitchen and upstairs living area...- - -
Upon our observation it was determined that the existing wall is non -load bearing. Therefore, the
removal of the 1.1ft section of wall is appropriate and no further action is needed.
Limitations
Unseen defects may exist which could affect the performance of the structure. We believe this
investigation was conducted with the level of skill and care used by structural engineers practicing in
this area at this time. No.warranty, express or implied, is made.
