It has come to my attention that you have made application for various permits faxed to the City
connected to your Trust Account. There are currently six applications dating back to last year
that have not been paid for or inspected. There are no available funds in your trust account. This
is not the first time that you have applied for and failed to pay and obtain the permits for work
your company has already performed.
Failing to obtain the required permits and inspections is a violation of your City of Fort Collins
registration and could impact your State of Colorado license. I performed a search at DORA and
the license number given MP-579, shows this license has expired and is listed to someone else.
At this time, your City of Fort Collins registration for plumbing is placed on hold, until such time
that you can show a valid active state Master Plumber license connected to Northern Colorado
Plumbing and Drain and yourself. Additionally, the six outstanding permits shall be paid and
final inspections performed. Inspectors will investigate addresses where Northern Colorado
Plumbing and Drain vehicles are noted. Stop Work Orders will be issued as needed.
You are required to clear these issues, state licenses and permits, within 30 days of the date of
this letter. Failing to comply will result in a review of your City issued plumbing registration
before the City's Building Review Board (BRB), where staff will be asking that your City
registration be revoked. Should the BRB revoke your registration, copies of all materials will be
sent to the state for DORA's review.
