Collins, Colorado 90524 This letter is in reference to the above -mentioned Project. g l i6oa62?/ ro4z'C.- oq Sune:2o16 Per requests from the Contractor, Dolehoy Construction, Inc., and field observations, the following were in response to conditions encountered in the field upon the removal of the Remington Street side, mansard roof system. The existing roof trusses wereover-hanging the walls as part of the existing roof mansard system. The following was a simple fix for the addition of the new window awnings. as indicated on the approved drawings: 1. 3/8' Titan. concrete anchors at Wo.c. were approved in for anchoring the P.T. rim joist which will be for securing the field -built mini -trusses for the new awning. 2, the use of field built 2x4 mini -awning trusses which are to have plywood or o.s.b. gussets each side of the joints and to be sistered to the existing over -hanging roof trusses.. The now awning will be sheathed with 7/IV' o.s.b. minimum and be ready for the new roofing as indicated. j "3. Collins, Colorado W524 This letter is in reference to the above -mentioned Project. 05 Apr. 201(o Per a request from the Contractor, Delehoy Construction, Inc., I inspected the excavation for the required foundation system on 04 Apr. 201(0. The excavation seemed to be per requirements. The size and depth appeared as required, and soils encountered were consistent with the design parameters used. Also, the rebar, were as indicated.
