The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This office has issued several notice of violations to repair or demo your detached garage. The
most recent were on 6/30/2020, 7/29/2020 and 8/17/2020.
Section 108 Safety of Structures and equipment
108.1.5 Dangerous structure or premises. A structure or premises is dangerous if any
part, element or component thereof is no longer within its serviceability limit or strength limit
state as defined in this code or, when considered in totality, the structure or premises pose an
imminent threat to the health and safety of the public or the occupants of the structure or
premises as referenced in Appendix A of this code.
This is your last Notice of Violation. As discussed in our meeting on 1/8/2021 If you fail to
obtain a permit for the demolition or repair of the garage or are not communicating extensively
with this office in working on obtaining the permit by 1/29/2021 a citation will be issued. Failure
to comply will also bring a fine of up to $ 3,000.00 per day from the first day of the first
violation.
