This letter is to inform you that the recent Notice of Violation sent to you regarding the use of a
single-family home as an illegal duplex with an additional illegal dwelling above the garage has
been resolved and the case is now closed. The cooking appliances installed in the basement and
loft above the garage have been removed and the property has been converted back to a single-
family residence.
