Mr. & Mrs. Trimmer,
This letter is in regards to recent inspections performed at the address referenced
above. A visual open hole and footing inspection was performed on May 21",
2020 and a foundation wall & steel inspection was performed on May 29t', 2020.
All of the inspections revealed acceptable conditions and are in compliance with
the design plans. The footing and foundation walls will function as required.
