and Zoning, Utility Billing, and Geographic Information Services. If your project is commercial, industrial, or multifamily with
three or more tenant units you will need to file this form with the GIS or Building Department. Addresses will be determined by
the GIS Department. These addresses will be required before you can obtain a building permit.
