DB NOCO, LLC ("DW) is the tenant utter a grouted lease with Blue Grama Properties, LLC
("Blue G ") for that Sartain property known as Lnt 3, Timberline Center, City of Fort
Collins, -Lorimer County, State of Colorado ("Lot 3"), DB is in the process of developing Lot 3.
As a part of the redevelopment process, lD8 will be removing the existing curb, gutter and
asphalt on Lot 2 Timberline Center, City of Fort Collins,Larimer County, State of Colorado
(` W 2") as shown in the Utility and I")+et olition Flare {"Curb, Gutter and Asphalt
Improvements").
Lipase approval by the City of Fort Collins of the development, Timberline Beal Estate LLC will
grant DB a construct and access casement on Lot 2 for the purpose of removes € nd replacing
the Cwk Ouftr and Asphalt Trnpmvements, at DB's ;suecost and expenst, to allow fpr the
psoposed drive aisle connection between Lot 2 and Lot I
