As we discussed, I am the owner if the land East of the Affinity project. All irrigation laterals are ours only and do not
serve any other property. The lateral affected by the storm drainage pipe is abandoned. Let me know if you need any
additional information.

Hi Jason,
Please see the following comments for the Utility Plans:
1) The Drainage Easement across the Sollenberger property was recorded on 5/26. The Reception number is
20160033136. Please update the plat to reflect this reception number.
2) The 5' easement to the east of the property that was recently changed on the plat need to be updated on the
Utility Plans. Please show the drainage and Utility Easement north of the drive and include the access easement
to the east property line south of the east west cross walk near the driveway.
3) The recorded offsite easement across the Sollenberger property (not easement dedicated to the City) needs to
match the utility plans. Plans currently show a 20' Temporary Access, Construction & Grading Easement. Please
match the private easement that was recorded with reception number 20160030994. Label this easement as
private.
4) Label the Offsite Emergency Access and Landscape Easement on the HOA property as Private. (Plat and Utility
Plans)
Please let me know if you have any questions. I think once we get these minor changes, I should be good. I'll just wait to
hear from Jeff. I'd like to see final changes one last time before mylar.
Thanks,
Marc Ragasa

VPN instructions
Hi Steve,
The steps below will outline what is needed to get all of this working (you can stop at Step 4, the rest are for Remote
Desktop which is what you would need to use to access network resources if you were connecting from a personal
computer):
Note: I am leaving the remote desktop instructions in case this is something you would like to do/try in the near future.
1. Connect your laptop or computer to your home network (or whatever network is available to you).
2. Find the Cisco AnyConnect client on your computer after installing it (you might need to search for
Anyconnect in the Start menu).
3. Start the VPN application, and hit connect (the original URL https://coffcvpn.fceov.com needs to be in the
text box next to the Connect button).
4. When prompted, enter City credentials (same as logging into your computer). You will now be connected
via VPN and should be able to access Outlook, Citynet, shared drives, etc.
5. Go to Start, search for Remote Desktop Connection (NOT RemoteApp and Desktop Connections), and open
it.
6. It will prompt for the name of the computer you would like to connect to. This has to be in the format
<computername>.cs.city.fcgov.com (without the carrot symbols). In your case, it should be scicione-
It.cs.city.fcgov.com (you can connect to other computers if necessary by following the above syntax). You
may get a window that you have never connected to this computer and do you trust it, click ok.
7. It will prompt for username and password. These are the same credentials that you use to log into your
work computer with one small change. You will have to enter your username as ics\scicione (no change to
the password). In the prompt window, you may have to choose Use Another Account in order to enter the
ics\ portion.
8. You should be connected to your work computer at this point.
Your work computer will need to be on, connected to the network and logged off. It will basically need to be at the
CTL+ALT+DEL screen with no one logged into it to allow the Remote Desktop Connection to connect.
P.S. When you are back at work after connecting to your work computer from your home computer you may notice that
the icons on the desktop of your work computer are moved around. This happens to everyone, and at this point, no one
knows how to fix this problem/issue. Everything will still work, you will just have to set up your desktop how you want it
again. This may not happen if you have your icons set to Auto Arrange.
Let me know if you have any problems or questions by calling the Helpdesk at 970-221-6791. Thanks! Have a great day!

All,
Per the Development Agreement, the 10' multi use path needs to be completed prior to the issuance of a building
permit, which also includes the F&F. As discussed at the Development Construction Permit Meeting in June, maintaining
access throughout construction was imperative. Proper signage needed to be posted to notify the public of any
closures. It was understood that there would be temporary closures for utility crossings and it was never the intent to
keep it close for the duration of the project. At the DCP meeting, it was discussed that the path in the ultimate location
would be completed up front, keeping the construction contained to the west of the path.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Subject: RE: Building Permit Status
Steve/Marc/Wayne,
We had discussed at the DCP wanting to explore an F&F permit and what we would have to accomplish to make that
happen. At the time it had seemed like it needed to be a joint discussion with your team and PFA likely requiring an all-
weather road for access, the temp path, and the fire hydrants being installed but if I remember correctly we wanted to
get the relevant parties on -site to review further once we got going.
As I discussed yesterday with Marc, we understand the need for the temp pathway getting put in as quickly as possible
but it's also complicated with the orientation of the work we have and the drainage ditch at Kingsley. We would like to
get whoever needs to meet on site, whether that's just Wayne, or Wayne and others, to review the conditions at the
ditch along with discussing getting an F&F approval, if possible, as we are going to have significant scheduling issues if all
of the items listed below (primarily the storm but also the sewer), need to be completed ahead of starting foundations.
We need the meeting on the temp path soon as we look to get that put in so let me know if there's a time that works
and we'll make it work on our end.
Thanks

Jim
The public infrastructure (water, sewer, driveway, and any public storm lines) and the 10 foot multi -use path between
Corbett Drive and Kingsley Court need to be installed, completed, and accepted prior to issuance of a building permit.
