06/04/2013: An excavation permit for the bus stop construction in the right-of-way will need to

06/04/2013: The bus stop/connecting walk detail on sheet C701 shows curb and gutter along E
Harmony. Is this proposed with the bus stop installation?
It was discussed at the site meeting to incorporate a 6 inch curb at the back of the bus stop pad
that is not shown on the detail.
Please provide more information on the grade break behind the proposed walk down to the
irrigation ditch. Depending on the grade break additional curb behind the walk may be
needed.

04/16/2013: Where is the displaced parking being relocated? Concern is if the relocated
parking is at a location that may cause access roadway issues spilling back onto public
roadways.
Response: The displaced parking areas are vacant, unutilized spaces today. The required parking
spaces for the Call Center that uses this parking lot will be maintained with no change from today's
conditions.
Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 04/16/2013
04/16/2013: Traffic Op's has mild concern regarding traffic circulating around the "coveted" 84
spaces by the addition that might cause a blockage of entering traffic from Ziegler spilling back
onto Ziegler. Highly doubtful but need to make note of the concern.
Response: Again, the parking spaces that will remain, as shown', on the plans, are adequate for the
needs of the usersof this lot. The 84 parking space will be accoTmodated within the remaining lot.

04/16/2013: According to LUC section 3.6.5, new development shall "adequately accomodate
existing and planned transit service by integrating facilities designed and located appropriately
for transit into the development plan."
Transfort operates 2 routes on Harmony Road adjacent to this site. A bus stop is utilized at the
northwest corner of Harmony Road and Technology Parkway, it is; not ADA accessible and
does not meet our transit design standards. In accordance with the LUC, this development
shall upgrade this stop to at a minimum meet ADA accessibility. Because this is a challenging
site, I think it would be best to plan a brief site visit to discuss how';this can be accommodated.
Please get in touch with me to plan a visit. Contact either 970-224 6197 or
emeardle(cDfcgov.com.
Response: Avago has met with Emma and is making ADA improvements to the Harmony Road transit
stop as requested. Please see Sheet C701.
