Subject: RE: Easement Vacation request at 1705 North College Ave
Tyler,
There is currently aerial power, phone and cable TV lines crossing this property in a north/south
direction (running above the western row of storage units). This line seems to be about 27 feet east
of the western edge of asphalt. Without survey stakes, I'm not sure if these aerial lines are within
the requested utility easement vacation.
If the aerial lines fall outside of the requested easement vacate then I don't have any problem with
the request. If the aerial phone line falls within this vacation request, then a discussion of
relocation payment with the owner needs to be initiated.
Thanks,
Bill

Subject: Easement Vacation request at 1705 North College Ave
All,
The property owner of 1705 North College Ave (Lot1, Shrader Commercial PUD) has requested the
vacation of an existing 1 Oft wide utility easement. This vacation request is limited to the original 10ft wide
utility easement and not to overlap or vacate any part within the recently dedicated 30ft utility easement
granted December 12th 2011. Attached for your review and comment are the vacation request legal
description, legal exhibit showing the proposed utility easement vacation, and map exhibit showing the
location of 1705 North College Ave.
