permit will be required for driveway installation on all lots cutting the existing curb & gutter. Lots
accessing off of Daylight Court may not NEED TO cut the existing curb & gutter for the driveway
to function ...... ect.

07/25/2012: Reviewing the past units vs. the new proposed number and type of units the extra
traffic amounts to only 40 vehicles per day and only 4-12 per a peak hour. As such no TIS is
required and no significant impacts are expected to area roadways. No issues for Traffic
Operations.

10/22/2012: Site note #6 explains the setback modification to reduce the side setback to 10'
on numerous lots, including lot 7. However, the building envelope shown on the site plan for
Lot 7 indicates a 9' side setback. Need to clarify which setback is correct - 9' or 10'.
07/17/2012: The site plan shows the requested 10' setback for Lots 1 and 2, but for lots 4, 5,
and 7, the setback dimension isn't shown. Instead, it shows a shaded portion of the building
extending beyond a line that I assume is the building envelope line that complies with the
required 20' setback. A 10' setback dimension needs to be shown for these lots in the same
manner shown for Lots 1 and 2.
