RE: Permission to Construct with Restoration
We grant permission for your contractor to remove a portion of our shared driveway pan and
excavate in our shared driveway for the new sewer line to the barn. We understand that the pipe will
be installed on your side of the property fine but the trench excavation may possibly extend on to our
side of the line for a short distance. VW assume that you will be responsible for the following
restoration procedures.
