SHAFT — Weldable -grade ASTM 513 carbon steel tubing with a
minimum yield of 55AM psL Uniform wall thickness of Aff. Shaft
is one-piece construction with a full longitudinal weld. The 4-1/2'
round straight tube is uniform in cross-section down the length of
the shaft.
Anchor Blase poles
ANCHOR BASE— Fabricated from carbon steel plate (ASTM A-36), 3/
4'thickness. Base plate and shaft are circumferentiellywelded at

FEATURES
HOUSING — Rugged, heavy -gauge, lightweight spun alumi-
num housing in centriform shape. Standard finish is dark
bronze (DDEI), polyester powder, with other architectural
colors available.
DOOR FRAME — Aluminum door frame with 1/ir impact'
resistant tempered, glass lens. Stainless steel external
hardware. One-piece EPT closed -cell housing gasket.
MOUNTING — Contoured, extruded 91 aluminum arm with
integral splice compartment for pole or wall mounting.
Optional mountings available.
OPTICS —Anodized, hydroformed aluminum reflectors, Two
IES cutoff distributions available: Type I1(Roadway), Type
III (Asymmetric). Reflectors hinge out for easy removal
during installation and maintenance.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM — Constant wattage autotransformer
(-20eF starting), copper wound and 100% factory tested.
Removable power door and positive locking disconnect
plugs.
SOCKET — Horizontalty-oriented, mogul -base, porcelain
socket with copper alloy, nickel -plated screw shell and
center contact UL listed 150OW - 60OV, 4KV pulse rated.
LISTING — UL 1572 listed for wet locations. Listed and la-
beled to comply with Canadian standards (see options).
