Subject: Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis
This docu vent is intended to comply with the Fort Collins Fire Department
requirement for a Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis study,
Per our submittal package we are planning to construct a small animal
hospital at the corner of l:vanstar and South Shields. 'rhe building will be
2900 square Feet on the main floor, 2900 square feet in the basement and 880
square feet on the second floor.
The hazardous materials we handle are in the form of normal household
cleaner items and parasite control products for pets.
We do not use combustible anesthetics. We do use oxygen for our
anesthetic carrier and it is supplied in a "G" tank for our anesthetic
machines
