Thank you for resubmitting the FTC Lady Moon Verizon Wireless Rooftop Antenna and
Equipment documents for DRC review in your email dated 11.26.18. The Design Review
Committee has given contingent approval to the antenna installation pending
proof/receipt/approval of the following information:
1. City of Fort Collins approval and permit. Please provide written approval/permit from the
City of Fort Collins. All installations must meet the requirements of the Fort Collins Land
Use Code Section 3.8.13-Wireless Telecommunication.
2. Updated, matching color samples. The samples provided do not match the colors on the
building. See attached photographs that show this. Please provide new samples that
match the building. Final approval will not be provided without updated color
samples and written approval of the Design Review Committee.
The next meeting of the Design Review Committee is scheduled for January 7th, 2019. Please
submit this information a week before this date, so that it can be included on the meeting
agenda.
