Information presented in this list includes the tree number as it is shown on the Tree Mitigation Plan (page 5 of the PDP), the tree species, tree DBH, and the justification for tree removal. 1. #1 Pear (6”) This tree conflicts with the parking lot location. Significant changes to site topography would not allow this tree to be preserved. 2. #2 Rocky Mountain Juniper (4”) This tree conflicts with the parking lot location. Significant changes to site topography would not allow this tree to be preserved. 3. #3 Rocky Mountain Juniper (4”) This tree conflicts with the parking lot location. Significant changes to site topography would not allow this tree to be preserved. 4. #4 Rocky Mountain Juniper (4”) This tree conflicts with the parking lot location. Significant changes to site topography would not allow this tree to be preserved. 5. #5 Rocky Mountain Juniper (4”) This tree conflicts with the parking lot location. Significant changes to site topography would not allow this tree to be preserved. 6. #6 Rocky Mountain Juniper (4”) This tree conflicts with the parking lot location. Significant changes to site topography would not allow this tree to be preserved. 16. #42 Linden (2”) It was determined during a meeting on site with the Forestry Department that this tree is in poor condition and should be replaced by the developer.
