Re: The Hub / FDP Submittal
Jason:
This letter is to inform you of changes in our recently submitted Final Development Plans for
The Hub on Campus. As you know, we were previously seeking an agreement with our
neighbor to the south to provide an offsite utility easement to help direct some shared utilities.
This agreement is no longer viable and as such, we have amended our FDP documents to
show a utility solution that no longer requires an offsite easement. I have included a CD with
all current materials for your use.
The attached submittal replaces all of the following documents that were submitted last week,
March 21st.
• Building Elevations
• Comment Responses
• Drainage Report
• Final Plat
• Landscape Plan
• Lighting Plan
• Site Plan
• Stormwater Management Plan
• Traffic Memo
• Utility Plans
The following items have not changed from the previous submittal and as such, have not been
resubmitted. Please refer to the March 21st submittal for these documents.

• Engineering variances
• Final Soils Report
