Individual stations provided information on project attributes related to building design, project management and operations, site amenities, construction, senior services, and City development standards and the development review process. Attendees were asked to fill out comment cards to provide input and feedback on project elements and concerns. Copies of the completed comment cards are attached. In addition, at the City Planning Department station, the following bullet points provide a summary of conversation and questions:  Questions about who owned the property  What are the required parking rates for the project? o Concerns the amount of parking provided is not adequate to serve project needs o Comments that the assisted living and apartment units at MacKenzie Place are full and some vehicles must park on the street.  Enforcement of the bike lanes on McMurry Avenue o The City recently restriped the street and parking is no longer permitted, but some vehicles still park on the street and block bike lanes. Suggestisons to add ‘No Parking’ signs.  Concern about the visibility at the Pleasant Oak / McMurry Avenue intersection.  Information provided about paratransit services; developments must be within three-quarters of a mile of a Transfort stop for Dial A Ride service; Oakridge Crossing is located closer than this distance.  Questions about project changes from 2015 proposal and neighborhood meeting o Proposal now 3 stories rather than 4 o Reduction in number of units o Includes office space (mixed-use) rather than all residential o Modification of Standard for gathering space and parking remain  Concerns the project is not meeting private covenants and standards of the business park association.  Questions about the drainage/open space owned by several nearby Oakridge Associations.
