The purpose of this memo is to document ownership of the proposed Integrated Recycling Facility to
be built on property directly south of the substation at the corner of Timberline and East Prospect.
Partners and owners include:
City of Fort Collins Environmental Services Division (recycling center infrastructure, equipment)
City of Fort Collins Parks Department (leaser of property)
City of Fort Collins Light & Power Utilities (leaser of property)
