SHEET: OF: ISSUE DATE: PROJECT NO: REVISIONS: DRAWING TITLE: CANYON PLACE VIEW ANALYSIS Due to the density of the downtown area, including existing buildings and existing mature trees, there are no notable desirable views of the foothills or local landmarks available form the area surrounding the site. The best opportunity for clear view corridors occur along the street axis. The proposed project’s impact was thus analyzed looking west toward the foothills along Magnolia Street, and north along Meldrum Street. In both instances, the proposed development does not negatively impact access to desirable views.
