A portion of right-of-way to be vacated located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 15,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 15; thence North, 836.7 feet;
thence West, 1070 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of Daisy Street, said point
being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said West right-of-way line, North,
87.3 feet to a point on the South line of Sunstone Condominiums; thence along said
South line, South 89º38’ East, 50.0 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Daisy
Street; thence along said East right-of-way line, South, 87.3 feet; thence, South, 77.3 feet
to a point on the North right-of-way line of West Plum Street; thence, West, 50.0 feet to a
point on the West right-of-way line of Daisy Street; thence along said West right-of-way
line, North, 77.3 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 8,230 square feet or 0.189
acres more or less.
