RE: Elizabeth and City Park Corner Redevelopment PDP
Dear Courtney,
This letter is regarding the existing 14” diameter Linden tree that is located on West Elizabeth
Street. Due to construction of the new building and related sidewalk improvements, the tree will
need to be removed. The City Forrester has determined that the Linden tree be mitigated on-site
with 3 upsized trees. The Landscape Plan indicates two honeylocust trees to be upsized to 3”
and one pear tree to be upsized to 2.5”.
