Therefore, a separate application and filing fee for the modification request is not required. Since the depth is indicated as "varies", it is unclear how deep these conduits will be. They must be between a minimum of 30" deep (no concete cover) or as shallow as 15" if all 15" are concrete. Tree locations must be adjusted to provide a minimum of 40 ft. of clearance between the tree(s) and the lights (15 ft.if the tree is an ornamental).
