Architects the modification of standard request, to Section 3.6.2(C) of the
Land Use Code, is going to be included with the Farmstead PDP and heard
as an "embedded" item in the Staff Report and Recommendation to the
hearing officer at an administrative public hearing. Therefore, a separate
application and filing fee for the modification request is not required.

4 Light & Power [6/21/04] The box culvert detail shows conduits for electric under the
sidewalk. Since the depth is indicated as "varies", it is unclear how deep
these conduits will be. They must be between a minimum of 30" deep (no
concete cover) or as shallow as 15" if all 15" are concrete.

5 Light & Power [6/21/04] A streetlight layout plan has been provided to Steve Olt in Current
Planning. These planned lights must be shown on the landscape plan. Tree
locations must be adjusted to provide a minimum of 40 ft. of clearance
between the tree(s) and the lights (15 ft.if the tree is an ornamental).

for pad type transformers with Light & Power Engineering (970)221-6700.
