#5-98 TYPE II (LUC) PDP/FC. A REQUEST FOR A 1.5789 ACRE PARKING LOT EXPANSION/ADDITION TO THE EXISTING ED
CARROLL MOTOR COMPANY. THE PROPOSAL INCLUDES 134 PARKING SPACES, OF WHICH 44 ARE INTENDED FOR STORAGE AND
EMPLOYEE PARKING AND THE REMAINDER FOR DISPLAY. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF MCCLELLAND AND
