AT HOME PROFESSIONS IP SITE PLAN
PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #10-93
. WHEREAS, the applicant, Baldwin Construction, has duly
followed the City procedure for IP Site Plan Review as outlined in
Sections 29-367, 29-372 and 29-402 of the City Code and has
submitted this application for Site Plan Review of the following
described property, to wit:
Lot 4, Coilindale Business Park, 2nd Filing, Situate in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 68 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the
application in accordance with Section 29-372 including the
notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said
subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property;
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on
Monday, April 5, 1993 at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Conference Room,
281 North College, for the purpose of reviewing the IP Site Plan
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT:
The IP Site Plan now known as At Home Professions, #10-93, hereby
is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning
does find the following facts to be true:
A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the
I-P, Industrial Park Zoning District.
B. The proposal meets the applicable criteria of the All
Development Criteria of the Land Development Guidance
System.
C. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the
Parking Code.
