ORCHARD PARK North Final NUMBER: 25-93 Commui..ry Planning and Environmental Mces Planning Department City of Fort Collins June 15, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, June 28, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Orchard Park Apartments PUD - Final, #25-93. The applicant is requesting to add 5 multi -family units to the existing Lilac Apartments by converting five three bedroom apartments to 10 one bedroom apartments (for a total of 40 units). All changes would be interior to the existing buildings. The site is 3.31 acres, located at 1850 West LaPorte Avenue, zoned Rp, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
