The proposed projects are commonly known as Greenbriar Village P.U.D. - Overall Development Plan, #19-93 and Greenbriar Village P.U.D., First Filing - Preliminary, #19-93A. The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan for 347 dwelling units on 37.8 acres (mixed residential densities of single family and multi -family), located south of Willox Lane on the east and west sides of Redwood Street and zoned RP, Planned Residential RMP, Medium Density Planned Residential, and RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. The applicant is also requesting 40 multi -family units on 3.184 acres (being part of the Overall Development Plan), located south of Willox Lane on the east side of Blue Spruce Drive at Butch Cassidy Court and zoned RP, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
