HomeMy WebLinkAboutHOUSKA CL SITE PLAN REVIEW - 23 93A - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONCL SITE PLAN ADMINISTRATIVE RULING HOUSKA CL SITE PLAN PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #23-93A WHEREAS, the applicant, Dennis Houska, has duly followed the City procedure for CL Site Plans as outlined in Section 29-343 of the City Code and has submitted this application for a CL Site Plan for the following described property, to wit: Situate in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application in accordance with Section 29-343 including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting a sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Tuesday, July 13, 1993 at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Conference Room, 281 North College, for the purpose of reviewing the CL Site Plan application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: ' The CL Site Plan now known as Houska CL Site Plan, #23-93A, hereby is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the requirements of the C-L, Limited Commercial Zoning District. B. The proposal meets the requirements of the applicable All Development Criteria of the Land Development Guidance System. C. As a condition of approval, the following note should be placed on the site plan: "Vehicles stored on the site must be related to the principal use of this site, which is auto repair. No vehicles may be stored on the site for the purposes of using such vehicles for the.salvage of auto parts". DIRECTOR OF PLANNING DATE:
