HomeMy WebLinkAbout1300 RIVERSIDE DRIVE PARKING IL SITE PLAN REVIEW - 18 93 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONI-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - ADMINISTRATIVE RULING 1300 RIVERSIDE DRIVE - COLORADOAN PARKING PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT #18-93 WHEREAS, the applicant, the Fort Collins Coloradoan Newspaper, has duly followed City procedure for the I-L (Limited Industrial) Site Plan Review as outlined in Sections 29-367 and 29-372 of the City Code and has submitted their application for an I-L Site Plan Review for the following described property, to wit: A parcel of land described as Riverside Subdivision, First Filing, located in the northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, also known as 1300 Riverside Drive, containing 2.86 acres, more or less. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff has processed the application request in accordance with Sections 29-367, 29-372, and 29-513 of the City Code including the posting of a sign on the property and the publication of legal notification in the local newspaper with daily, general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Thursday, April 29, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room for the purpose of reviewing the I-L Site Plan request and for establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The I-L Site Plan Review, known as 1300 Riverside Drive - Coloradoan Parking is hereby approved and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposed use (employee parking) is a permitted use in the I-L, Limited Industrial Zone District. B. The proposed use conforms to the performance standards as outlined in Section 29-368 of the City Code. C. The variances to the Zoning Code as ed on the said Site Plan were approved by th Zoning Boar of Appeals on April 8, // OF PLANNING 29 /99 3 DATE
