Constructed in 1986, this 12,768 sq. ft. wing is located on the east side of phase
one as the "Outreach Center". Its function includes recycling of clothing and
distribution of food to the needy.
PHASE THREE
Completed in September, 1993, phase three essentially completes what was
originally planned for phase one. This addition of 24,746 sq. ft. is classroom and
library space over three levels.
PHASE FOUR
There is no date set at this time for the construction of phase four. Phase four is
essentially two parts that are joined at one corner. Part one is a two story 9,865
sq. ft. addition of administration space and classrooms. Part two is a single level
6,335 sq. ft. extension of the existing "gallery" space and serves as circulation and
entry area. It will also have a baptismal font for baptism services. Total area for
phase four is 16,200 sq. ft.
FUTURE PHASES
As per the master plan shows, future phases beyond phase four shall include a
sanctuary, additional classrooms, and possibly and addition to the administration
wing.

The intent of this document is to up -date and supplement the October 15, 1979
"Statement of Planning Objectives" which was submitted with the master plan and
revised on August 14, 1980 with a re -submittal of phase one.
The Owner/Developer remains the same. The activities previously described
remain the same - except with an increase in their ministries due, in part, to the
expanded facilities. The design concept also remains the same from the initial
design.
Phasing of the project has changed as described below:
PHASE ONE
Phase one was described as 54,000 sq. ft. in the 8/14/93 revision of the
Statement of Planning Objectives. Only 28,754 sq. ft. was constructed in 1981 for
budgetary reasons. Included in phase one was a multi -purpose area which is used
for both worship and recreation, a partial education wing which included toddler
and nursery classrooms, a kitchen, a choir practice room, and various ancillary
spaces. The property was landscaped with irrigation coming from Parkwood Lake.
Included in the landscaping is a soccer/softball field which has been a resource for
the community. Parking for 316 regular parking spaces plus 24 handicapped
parking spaces and 10 bus parking spaces with landscaping islands was installed
with entrances from Drake and from LeMay. This too has been a community
resource as a car-pool parking lot.
