Please take notice that on January 24, 1994, the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the
Final Planned Unit Development known as East Drake Terrace Office
Park P.U.D. which development was submitted and processed in
accordance with Section 29-526 the Code of the City of Fort
Collins. The Subdivision Plat, Site Plan, Landscape Plan,
Elevations, and Site and Landscape Covenants of the subject
property together with the development agreement dated May 17, 1994
between the City of Fort Collins and the developer, out of which
documents accrue certain rights and obligations of the development
and/or subsequent owners.of the subject property are on file in the
office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Being a Replat of Tract B, Cottonwood P.U.D., Situate in
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado.
