Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
June 279 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Centre for Advanced
Technology PUD - Amended Overall Development Plan, #53-85H and Windtrail
Apartments PUD - Preliminary, #66-93D.
The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Centre for Advanced Technology
PUD Overall Development Plan, parcels J and H, to allow multi -family on J and to
incrse he size eastedof Sundering f Townhomes Parcels H. and zoned located rp Plan ed f Residential, Shields s and i p,
Industrial Park.
The applicant is also requesting Windtrail Apartments PUD, consisting of 56
multi -family units and 21 single family lots on parcel J of the Centre for
Advanced Technology O.D.P. Located on the east side of Shields Street; across
from Rolland Moore Park, south of Sundering Townhomes. The site is 12.05 acres
in size and zoned rp, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
