Revised Solar orientation Statement. 1.4. Revised the misspelled word. 15. The Landscape Plan is in compliance with Ordinance #76. 16. Some of the existing, good quality, trees are being moved out of construction area and placed in the landscape areas. This completes the extent of the revisions performed to date. We have just received Stormwater comments and have yet to receive Water and Sanitary Sewer comments. The Stormwater and Water and Sanitary Sewer comments will not effect the layout or overall plan we are proposing. The proposed drive is depicted and designed as a driveway. We added the 4' sidewalk as requested along the South side of Rolland Moore Drive. c. Shire Court was intersected at a 90° angle. The existing right-of-way is depicted on the drawing and additional right-of-way wilt be obtained. d. Off -site casements are depicted. e. Subdrains are not required for Storm and Sanitary lines. f. Revised cross slopes. g. The vacation proceedings will take place after the proposed improvements are in place. h. Added a sidewalk note to vacated Shire Court area. i. Added a Nnrth arrow and scale to Vicinity Map on Site Plan. j. Added a written legal description and metes and bounds to the Site Plan. 6. An evaluation of groundwater has been made. Subdrains are not required since all units will be slab construction. There will he no negative impacts to the wetland area. 1. The width of Bridgefiield lane is depicted as 36' FL to FL on both the Utility Plan and Site Plan. H. At this time we are beeping the name Bridget-icld Unc. 9. The site plan shows (and showed) the width of Rolland Moore Drive to be 50' FL to FL. 10. A soils report was submitted with the initial submittal. Revised the Dedication Statement. c. Revised the Title on the Plat to reflect the Replat. d. Checked to ensure that Bridgefield Mane does "sect with Shire Court. e. The North line of the SW 'A was determined by survey. f. Revised the wording at the 'A corner. S. Dimensioned White Mountain Court (46' ROW & 211' FL to FL). h. Labeled easement along Shields Street. i. Added distances to complete the dimensioning along Shields Street. j. Revised West Boundary Line to ensure closure. 3. Added Building envelopes to Site Plan. 4. We are depicting Building envelopes, however; they are huger than the proposed building to provide some room for construction error.
