Final Revisions
Dear Ted:
This letter is in response to staff comments of March 30, 1994,
regarding Windtrail on Spring Creek P.U.D., Final. The response
numbers correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will
be addressed by the project engineer.
7. We have moved trees to the edge of the easement. As noted, tree
locations will also be adjusted in the field to provide clearance.
8. Landscape materials have been modified to use more native trees
and shrubs.
9. North -south street stub location has been modified.

I ID. The engineering drawings contain a construction detail for the fire
lane.
11 E. Shadowmere Ct. has been labeled.
We hope that these revisions address the concerns of the development
review staff.
