"The current FFMA floodplain maps indicate portions of lots 14,15,16,18 and 19 are located
in the floodway of Spring Creek. Accordingly, there will be a prohibition against issuance
of building permits or construction of any foundations until such time as the floodway and
floodplain locations are amended or removed from the official maps of FEMA."
