Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the Overall
Development Plan known as Waterglen P.U.D.-which development was
submitted and processed in accordance with Section 29-526 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Overall Development Plan of
the subject property is on file in the office of the Clerk of the
City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situate in the East 1/2 of Section 4 and in
the North 1/2 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West,of
the Sixth P.M., Larimer County, Colorado.
