Dear Bill:
I received these final comments from the Engineering Department
today for 329 S. Sherwood:
1. A curb cut permit from the Engineering Department will be
required to remove/install curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveways.
2. Access ramps need to be installed at the Magnolia/Sherwood
intersection if they do not exist.

The 7-day appeal period expires as -of December 1, so I will be able
to finalize the mylars after that date.
