Subject: Service REquest - Planning/Storm D.
Bruce Cohen 229-3439 called about the project at Stuart and Stover (Indian
Viallage 2 ?). He was part of an appeal several years back and believes they
are not meeting the conditions placed on the project at approval.
Specifically, they are buiilding two story units near the property line and he
thought they were allowed only one story units there. Also, there are
drainange issues and he said they are raising the ground by 5 feet and he is
concerned about its affect on drainage to his prperty. Could somone please
contact him and let Council know by e-mail if they are or are not meeting the
conditions. Also, copy him at brucec@fc.hp.com.
