I have these concerns with the Water Glen PUD Site/Landscape Plan and Utility
Plans.
r6l. All tree locations on the Landscape Plan are not accurate. Locations should
i be accurate with each tree noted to be saved, removed, or transplanted.
j2.''Utility Plans do not show existing trees.
3. I have not received a revised Landscape Plan incorporating our street tree
requirements along Vine, as requested. Some of the species used are not
acceptable to Forestry.
4. The Street Design needs to adequately protect the three large Cottonwoods.
No cut or fill should occur between the sidewalk and curb. The drainage
swail behind the sidewalk is a problem. The swail should be moved further
north away from the existing trees. I would like to review the Utility
Plans again when these changes have been made.
5. Tree protection and transplanting specifications need to be added.
