Dear Brian,
Enclosed are the comments received from the City departments and
outside reviewing agencies for the Fossil Creek Commercial Plaza,
Lot 2, (Spageddies) Minor Subdivision request. These comments
relate only to the minor subdivision process for the division of
land. The proposed restaurant use is a permitted "use -by -right" in
the HB - Zoning District and is being reviewed by the Zoning and
Building Inspection Departments. An administrative public hearing,
held by the Planning Director, is tentatively scheduled for
Tuesday, November 22, 1994. Confirmation of the date and time for
this hearing is forthcoming.
