Dear Steve:
This is to formally request another one month extension of the
condition placed on my July 25th Planning and Zoning Board final
approval for Westbury First Filing concerning the development
agreement.
Ever since the approval, I have been in the process of obtaining
final utility plan sign offs and now have just the engineering
department to go. All final requested items have been turned in
to them, and I am awaiting the agreement. Please process for me
another one month extension.
