Dear Ted:
With regard to the Staff report recommendations on Options available, please be
advised that we would prefer to go with Option C-4.
In addition, since we were continued by Planning & Zoning from the October 24, 1994
meeting and then tabled by Cityscape from the November 14, 1994 meeting, we would
certainly appreciate being kept on the December 1.2th agenda. Please note that
should we be postponed until December 19 our representatives will be out of town
and unable to attend that meeting.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me or Eldon Ward at
Cityscape.
